1. Services Provided
Double Barrel agrees to provide mobile bartending services for the event(s) specified by the Client. Services include the setup, operation, and breakdown of a professional bar station, staffed by licensed and insured bartenders provided by Double Barrel.
2. Alcohol Service Policies
Supervision Requirement: All alcohol, including canned and bottled beer, must be opened, poured, and served under the supervision of a licensed and insured Double Barrel bartender.
Bar Opening Time: Bartenders will not serve any alcohol to anyone until the agreed bar opening time.
ID Requirement: Guests must present a valid ID upon request to verify age. Guests unable to provide valid ID will not be served. Double Barrel will never serve anyone underage.
Handling of Liquor: No one may remove any liquor bottles from the bar. Personal bottles of liquor must remain behind the bar under bartender supervision.
Unauthorized Removal of Alcohol: If liquor bottles are taken against the bartenders' instructions or if anyone serves themselves or others against the bartenders' instructions, Double Barrel reserves the right to close down the bar immediately.
Refusal of Service: Double Barrel reserves the right to refuse service to anyone without reason or incident. Overly intoxicated guests will be refused service at the discretion of the bartenders.
Service Discretion: All bottles of beer, champagne, wine, and liquor provided by the hosts will be opened and served at Double Barrel’s discretion.
No Shots Policy: "Shots" of alcohol, including "neat" or "straight" requests, will not be served.
Bartending Supplies: We will provide supplies based on the agreed-upon headcount and service hours outlined in your package. It is the client’s responsibility to ensure sufficient alcohol and mixers are available for all guests. Once the provided supplies are depleted, service will end unless additional supplies are provided by the client. We will not replenish or restock beyond what was initially supplied.
For clients with the Deluxe Package, we will supply enough for the agreed-upon headcount and service hours. Once these supplies run out, service will end, and we will not provide additional stock.
3. Additional Terms
