Do You Carry Liquor Liability Insurance?

Many venues mandate that your chosen bar service has Liability Insurance. We have this essential coverage, offering up to 2 million dollars in protection. Upon request, we gladly provide proof of insurance at no extra cost, including your venue or clubhouse as an additional insured on the certificate of insurance (COI).

Are Your Bartenders TABC Certified?

Yes, all of our staff has the recommended training and certifications for bartending in the state of Texas.

What Areas Do You Service?

Our home base is located in the Austin and Texas Hill Country area, but we are happy to travel anywhere in the state of Texas to provide our services.

What Does Your Bar Set Up Look Like?

Our set up is a simple 4ft wide high top wood bar along with an ice chest and a few boxes to carry all of our necessary equipment. We will be dressed professionally and our set up will be decorated professionally as well. View our instagram for pics!

Do You Offer Cash Bars?

The state of Texas does not permit liquor licenses (ability to sell alcoholic beverages) without having a brick and mortar bar. While we are fully insured, we cannot sell liquor without a liquor license. This is why we are a dry-hire bartending service. This means that if you supply the alcohol, we can serve your guests without selling the alcohol. If you’ve never heard of the term dry-hire, it is a very common business model for most mobile bars in Texas. However, we are able to accept tips.

What Factors Will Affect My Service Pricing?

Factors that will affect your quote for our bartending services will vary based on number of guests, length of the event, and any add-ons you request such as glassware, ice, and signature cocktails.

What is Your Cancellation Policy?

We require a 50% non-refundble deposit upon booking your service. If you need to cancel for any reason, there is no cancellation fee.

Do You Provide The Alcohol?

We offer a unique dry hire experience, where we provide everything you need for the perfect cocktail party except for the liquor itself. Don't fret if you're unsure what to buy – we've got you covered with expert advice on selecting the best beer, liquor, and wine to suit your taste and event theme.

What if My Guests Don’t Drink All The Alcohol I Buy?

Should you buy your alcohol from ABC Liquor, Total Wine, Walmart/Sams, or Costco, you can return any unopened bottles or cases of beer within 30 days, provided you have a receipt. Another option is to utilize delivery apps like Instacart, DoorDash, or Drizly to have your alcohol conveniently delivered to your home or venue ahead of your event!
